The before and after pictures of this Hornsby Heights property speak for themselves. Extensive works were completed inside & outside. Before our resuscitation the estimated property value was between $700,000 - $750,000. At auction the property sold for $895,000. Real Estate Resuscitation, for sale, North Parramatta

This home in North Parramatta had a very old and dated look before the Real Estate Paramedics Team arrived on the scene. They  started off by repairing the ornate ceilings in the property and then giving the walls & the ceilings a new look by painting the property in a modern colour but still retaining the heritage feel of the home.  Painting the walls in a continuous colour gave the ceilings the height they deserved. New heritage lights were sourced & installed to replace the broken lights. Some handyman jobs such as re-grouting the kitchen & dining room floor tiles & the entire bathroom gave the property a fresh feel.  Outside had a tidy up and some new turf to complete this make over. The owner was very pleased with our work and was able to successfully sell her property.
